Returns & Exchanges

At Fluenced, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your fashion pieces back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
